Want to take a few days off from the busy pace of work and family life and spend some truly different days with dog sledding and outdoor adventures?

We’ve put together a program that gradually builds up—starting with a short tour on the first day, a longer ride the next day, and finishing with a mountain cabin overnight trip as the grand finale.

Day 1: Arrival at 10:00 AM for an introduction and training on how to drive the sled and prepare the dog team. Two people share each sled, giving you the chance to both steer and ride as a passenger. We go on a one-hour tour and enjoy lunch around the fire, followed by time to relax at the guesthouse where dinner will be served in the evening.

Day 2: After breakfast, we prepare for a longer dog sledding tour with lunch during the ride. In the evening, there will be dinner and overnight accommodation at the guesthouse.

Day 3: After breakfast, we pack the sleds and get ready for the mountain tour, where we’ll spend the night in a cabin. Once the teams are ready, we head out and stop for a lunch break by the fire along the way. Upon arrival at the cabin, everyone helps to unharness and feed the dogs before settling into the cabin for the night.

Day 4: We feed the dogs first, then prepare our own breakfast. After packing out of the cabin, we set off for another sledding tour with lunch along the route. We return to the kennel and thank the dogs for the adventure before heading back to the guesthouse for a hot shower, a good dinner, and the final overnight stay.

Day 5: After a hearty breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye.
