Spend a day dog sledding through forests and mountains, including a traditional Norwegian lunch around the campfire
This is a genuine dog sledding experience where, after instructions from the guide, you prepare your own dog team by collecting and harnessing the dogs and attaching them to the sled. Once all teams are ready, we head out into the snow-covered landscape. Two people share a sled, so you’ll have the opportunity to both drive and ride as a passenger. Regardless of the weather, we’ll take a break for lunch and a cozy moment around the campfire before returning to the kennel, unharnessing the dogs, and bringing them back to their places.
Children from the age of 6 can join but must sit in the sled.
Dog sledding is fun but also a physically demanding activity that requires balance, strength, and endurance. If you have a positive attitude and average physical fitness, you have what it takes. You should also be prepared for all kinds of weather, as we will be outdoors no matter the conditions.
